1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Dexmeet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

3. Acceptable Use & User Responsibility

Dexmeet provides real-time AI assistance tools. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our software complies with the rules, terms of service, and codes of conduct of any third-party platforms, testing environments, or employers. We do not endorse, encourage, or assume liability for the violation of any third-party agreements.

4. Limitation of Liability

Dexmeet and its AI-generated content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or reliability of the AI output. Under no circumstances shall Dexmeet be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost opportunities, lost employment, or account bans resulting from the use of our service.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for high reliability, our service relies on third-party cloud infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime and are not liable for service outages or API limitations.

6. Refund Policy

Dexmeet offers digital services and non-returnable digital credits. Due to the hard costs associated with processing real-time infrastructure and AI APIs, all sales are final.

One-Time Credit Packs

Credit purchases are strictly non-refundable once the credits have been applied to your account.

Subscriptions

Subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, and you will retain access to your allotted hours until the end of your current billing cycle.

Order Processing & Exceptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles customer service inquiries related to payments and returns. Refunds may only be issued at our, or Paddle's, sole discretion in the event of a critical system error, duplicate billing, or if required by the statutory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.
