We collect basic account information (such as your email address) to manage your subscription. We also process audio and visual data in real-time strictly to provide our core service.

2. Real-Time Processing & Zero Visual Retention

Dexmeet is designed with privacy at its core. Visual data (such as screen captures) is processed ephemerally in memory to generate AI responses and is immediately discarded. We do not store, log, or save any visual data to our databases.

3. Audio and Transcripts

Audio streams are processed by secure, enterprise-grade transcription providers. Text transcripts are stored securely to provide you with a meeting history in your dashboard. You retain full control over this data and can delete your meeting history and transcripts at any time.

4. Third-Party Sub-Processors

We utilize industry-standard third-party providers for cloud hosting, AI processing, and secure transcription. Our payment processing is handled securely by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. We do not share your data with these providers for any purpose other than facilitating the Dexmeet service.

5. Data Selling

We deeply respect your privacy. We never sell your personal data, transcripts, email address, or usage history to advertisers, data brokers, or any external third parties.
